Scalp Scraping - Traditional Chinese Medicine Technique for Scalp Health and Relaxation

SCALP SCRAPING

Scalp scraping, also known as "Tou Pi Gua Sha" therapy, is a traditional Chinese medical treatment.

It involves scraping the surface of the scalp to promote blood circulation and unobstructed flow of Qi (vital energy), with the goal of regulating bodily functions and promoting health.

Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory, scalp scraping believes that the head is a gathering point for various meridians and acupoints. Stimulating the scalp can regulate the smooth flow of meridians and the circulation of Qi and blood, thereby promoting overall health.

Benefits of scalp scraping include:

✅ Promotes blood circulation in the head.

✅ Can help promote healthy hair growth, reduce hair loss, and address scalp issues.

✅ Relieves head pressure and improves blood supply to the brain.

✅ Stimulates nerve endings in the head, improving headaches and reducing tension.

✅ Enhances metabolism and detoxification.

✅ Boosts immune function.

✅ Improves sleep.
